Q: Why has my price increased?
A: As the years pass the costs of operations; mainly fuel, filters and the little things that let us provide a fantastic service increase too. Our Clear Price for a Clear Service Policy helps everyone know they have a fair price for our service.

Q: I've been a regular customer for a long time, are there any discounts you can offer?
A: We believe in customer loyalty and reward! Your increased price is already discounted from our current price list. We are a small team and if you notice we haven't discounted your price from our current price list please let us know so we can make it right for you!

Q: Can I change how often my windows are cleaned?
A: Yes of course you can! Our prices vary depending on the frequency we clean though; so please get in touch with us to see if there is a price difference. For existing customers, we offer cleaning every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

Q: How do I cancel?
A: We will be really sad to let you go and hope that our service was always up to the standard we promised.
To cancel please use our cancellation form at least one day before your next scheduled clean.
